Rich in tradition and made with love, tamales are often at the heart of holiday gatherings where friends and family come together to cook, share stories, and create lasting memories. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn how to make two delicious varieties: chicken mole tamales and black bean chipotle tamales. We’ll also prepare a traditional Mexican Manchamanteles mole completely from scratch.
