Gentle yoga is a class that moves at a slow pace to build strength and flexibility. Postures will be done on the floor, kneeling, and standing. Each class session will build on the previous, so that you will learn a gentle yoga routine that balances your body, improves joint mobility, and provides relaxation techniques. Breathing exercises to improve lung capacity and energy will be taught alongside the yoga poses. All levels welcome. Wear comfortable clothing and bring a yoga mat. Additional yoga blocks and blankets will be provided for you.
