Integrating Hatha Iyengar and Anasura styles, slow moves and gentle stretches are combined with strengthening postures that are rejuvenating. Recommended for anyone including newcomers, back care, seniors, or pregnant women. Taught in a multi-level format appropriate for all ages and fitness levels (modifications offered). Wear comfortable workout clothing and bring a yoga mat or towel.
