Learn how to break unhealthful dietary patterns to start making good food choices! Discover the power of healthful foods to defend against certain diseases and help the body heal from illness. Get tips on how to plan a weekly or monthly menu while meeting optimal nutritional needs. And, in the last class of this series, we’ll embark on a local grocery store tour to learn how to make the most of a limited budget to stock your kitchen with health promoting foods. You’ll learn all these things while tasting delicious, healthy dishes in a supportive class setting. Materials included in the course registration fee.
