Based on the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine’s successful 21-Day Kickstart book, this multi-class series will guide you on a journey toward healthy weight loss, healthy weight maintenance, and an overall healthful and sustainable way of eating. Learn lifesaving strategies bolstered by delicious plant-based recipes that help to lower cholesterol, control diabetes, lower blood pressure, and even boost energy and mood. After the first week, you'll have the tools you need to begin your own 21-day Kickstart, a program which has helped thousands of people adopt plant-based eating to reach their health goals. Each class features a cooking demonstration and food samples, along with handouts of easy and affordable recipes you can prepare at home. Materials included in the course registration fee.
