Spices can take your dishes from bland to magnificent! We will explore two traditional dishes that rely heavily on a variety of spices: Jamaican Jerk Chicken and Chicken Enchiladas with Red Sauce. This is a live, online demonstration-style cooking class. You will receive the ingredient list in advance so you can cook alongside Mayumi or simply watch, learn and ask questions so you’re ready to prepare the recipes later!
