Whether you’re facing cancer or you simply want to do what you can prevent it, you need some plant-based recipes you can love and nutrition information you can use. Learn how to go beyond garbanzo beans and get clean, plant-based protein in satisfying dishes. Before class, you will receive a brief newsletter that includes the recipe/shopping list, so that you can cook along in real-time, ask questions, comment, and get encouragement. We'll virtually recreate a time when we could all cook and eat together!
