Expand your Chinese cooking repertoire with the addition of two main dish recipes: Mongolian Beef and Kung Pao Chicken. Completion of Chinese Restaurant Classics – Part 1 is helpful, but not required. This is a live, online demonstration-style cooking class. You will receive the ingredient list in advance so you can cook alongside Mayumi or simply watch, learn and ask questions so you’re ready to prepare the recipes later!
