Stir frying is very similar to sauteing, however it is done over very high heat with lots of movement. This class will teach you the technique to creating a perfectly delicious stir fry at home! Learn to make Stir-Fried Cashew Cabbage with Garlic and Ginger, Easy Fried Rice, and Simple Chicken and Vegetable Stir Fry. This is a live, online demonstration-style cooking class. You will receive the ingredient list in advance so you can cook alongside Mayumi or simply watch, learn and ask questions so you’re ready to prepare the recipes later!
