Take a culinary journey to the countries of the Mediterranean that include Spain, Italy, France, Israel, and Morocco! Dishes prepared include: Sautéed Chicken with Olives, Lemons, and Capers paired with Farro Salad with Tomatoes and Herbs. This is a live, online demonstration-style cooking class. You will receive the ingredient list in advance so you can cook alongside Mayumi or simply watch, learn and ask questions so you’re ready to prepare the recipes later!
