Sauces have a special way of transforming the ordinary into the extraordinary, either for a special occasion meal or everyday enjoyment. You will learn to make two basic sauces and pair them with a meat. Our menu includes Sliced Beef with Béarnaise Sauce and Filet of Sole with Buerre Blanc Sauce. This is a live, online demonstration-style cooking class. You will receive the ingredient list in advance so you can cook alongside Mayumi or simply watch, learn and ask questions so you’re ready to prepare the recipes later!
