In this class you’ll learn new ways to use this versatile summer vegetable. In this class we will use zucchini to make the following: Zucchini Bread and Butter Pickles, Zucchini Fritters with Herb Yogurt Sauce, Spaghetti with Zucchini and Garlic Sauce, and Three Cheese Zucchini Lasagna. This is a live, online demonstration-style cooking class. You will receive the ingredient list in advance so you can cook alongside Mayumi or simply watch, learn and ask questions so you’re ready to prepare the recipes later!
