It’s the time of year when markets and gardens are filled with this favorite vegetable. We will use red bell peppers to make the following: Romesco Sauce (for pasta, dip, or condiment), Italian Sausage Risotto Stuffed Peppers, Italian Giardiniera (for appetizers, condiment, or add-in) Roasted Red Bell Pepper Salad with Burrata. This is a live, online demonstration-style cooking class. You will receive the ingredient list in advance so you can cook alongside Mayumi or simply watch, learn and ask questions so you’re ready to prepare the recipes later!
