Girls' Basketball Camp - Rising Stars (Ages 5-10)

Designed for players 5-10 years old, we will focus on the fundamentals of basketball with an emphasis on developing shooting techniques, ball handling, passing, and defensive skills. Girls will be grouped by age and skill level to ensure a positive, rewarding learning experience. Advanced players will work on positional skills such as post and guard offense and defense. Each day we will discuss a new topic and reinforce it with drills and videos. Players will demonstrate their skills in scrimmage and game situations. Sports camps are fundraising events for the Sierra College Athletic Department and Clubs.
