Learn how to create a safer, more chemically-conscious environment for your family – starting in the kitchen. We’ll review chemical exposure from common chemicals like BPA, phthalates, pesticides, and hormones as well as how to avoid them to keep you and your family safe. Eating plant-based foods is just one of the practical strategies provided in class for limiting exposure. In class, you’ll be treated to a cooking demonstration (with food samples) that showcases delectable recipes designed to sidestep environmental chemicals.
