Have you ever wondered what treasures are hidden inside a sommelier’s private wine cellar? In this special edition wine class, Mark opens his personal collection for an exclusive tasting experience featuring hand-selected wines he has carefully collected and cellared over the years. Expect an eclectic mix of classic, unique, and memorable wines chosen to surprise, delight, and spark conversation among fellow wine lovers.
This class is designed for the curious wine enthusiast—not for experts. Whether you are new to wine tasting or already passionate about discovering new varietals and styles, you’ll explore how to evaluate wine through aroma, flavor, texture, and sensory perception in a relaxed and approachable environment.
As part of the experience, Mark will guide you using the “Jelly Bean Experiment,” a fun and interactive exercise designed to strengthen your sensory awareness and help you better recognize the subtle aromas and flavor characteristics found in wine.
