Burn calories, gain energy and connect with new workout partners! A variety of exercises will be presented, creating a full-body workout in three, twelve-minute rounds, which includes a dynamic warm-up, cool down stretch and abdominal routine. Wear workout clothes; bring a towel, water bottle and supportive athletic shoes. No experience necessary.
